All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the order received date. Returned items must be in new, unused, original factory condition. They must include all original labels, product information and documentation, manuals, and the product box.
Returns are subject to our inspection and approval and may incur a restocking fee of up to 25% of the product cost. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our Customer Service department at (619) 287-7000.
