The plan
What FLEX Warranty covers
A contract designed to protect your new purchase from unexpected damage or defects.
Available for smaller products like electric screwdrivers, wrenches, rivet guns, and more. If your product stops working, we will repair it, replace it, or provide a store credit.
Coverage includes damage resulting from a mechanical and/or electrical failure, for 2 years post-purchase. You'll have 30 days from the discovery of damage to report a claim.
This plan also includes a Win-Win offer: if no claim was made during the term of the plan, the price you paid for the Flex Warranty can be applied toward a future Flexible Assembly purchase of your choice.
Add the Flex Warranty to qualifying items during checkout. If you didn't add it at the time of purchase, you can still add it any time before you receive your items — by chatting online, emailing us, or calling customer service at (619) 287-7000.
